My kits are for personal and Scrap 4 Hire use. Please check the details on Scrap 4 Hire use.
My layout templates can be used for Personal, Scrap 4 Hire, or commercial use to create quick pages for sale.
My Quick Pages are for Personal Use and NOT for use commercially or Scrap 4 Hire.
My commercial use products are fine for freebies with some modification, no credit required (but always appreciated.) If you use a CU product in a freebie, credit is requested. (But I won't hunt you down.) :)
Personal Terms of Use:

You MAY alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them BUT you MAY NOT claim altered graphics as your own.
You MAY NOT make alteration to graphics in any way that will change away the artistic integrity of the original creation.
You MAY NOT use any graphic(s) from this Collection to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) from any of my creations for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
You are ENCOURAGED to submit your scrapbook layouts using some or all parts of a kit to online or print publications as long as credit is given to the designer, JW-DigiScraps. While credit is always appreciated when posting in online galleries, it is not required. Please just use and enjoy.
You MAY NOT share these graphics, zip files or folders (together or separately) with anyone else, if someone is interested in these graphics then please direct them to the location in which you downloaded the graphics so they may download it themselves.
You MAY NOT use any of my graphics, original or altered, or any portion thereof in any commercial work including web design/sites, templates or projects which will generate income for you whatsoever without permission (email: jward6971@gmail.com) Except as noted regarding Scrap-for_hire.
You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for re-use by others.
You MAY use this product for an In-home Scrap-For-Hire business provided that you do not furnish your clients their pages in a layered format where they could extract my graphics or elements. In other words, the finished product that you give to your clients must be in a flattened jpg or printed format. The exception to this is quick pages. Please do NOT use my products for quick pages without my permission in advance.
Commercial Terms of Use:
These graphic files are the product of JW-DigiScraps and are protected by international copyright laws. Credit is appreciated when using my Commercial Use Items, but not required. You can use these items in creating freebies and S4H kits. I ask that with freebies you supply credit.
All files are created at 300 DPI and saved in PNG or JPG format unless otherwise specified.
You MAY:
*Use these embellishments and overlays to create your own personal or scrapbooking kits that you sell as long as the item is included with other embellishments in a kit. Please limit the use of my items to no more than 40% of your finished kit. (The exception is a commercial Use alpha, which may be altered and used and its entirity.)
*Alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them BUT you MAY NOT claim altered graphics as your own.
*Submit your scrapbook layouts using some or all parts of a kit to online or print publications as long as credit is given to the designer. This includes any graphics that have been altered. Use in a layout in an online gallery does not require credit, but is appreciated.
*Create ONE back-up copy of these files NOT to be redistributed to anyone.
You MAY NOT:
* Sell my products in its original form.
* Create products to sell as commercial use tools for digital scrapbook designers. This includes making digital brushes, tubes, or shapes from these items for personal or commercial use. Basically, you cannot create other commercial use items for sale using these files.
* Place these designs in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software, or other reproducible media without my permission first.
* Make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.
